Structure

Planetary roller screw electric cylinder its main components include:
Screw Rod, the thread profile is a right angled triangular thread (at least 3 threads);
Nut, the internal thread profile is the same as the lead screw;
Roller, the thread profile is a right angle circular arc thread (single head thread), with a cylindrical pivot and gear at the end of each roller. The pivot is installed in the circular hole of the baffle, ensuring uniform radial distribution of the rollers. The gear teeth mesh with the inner gear ring, which causes the roller to run smoothly; Flat key, used to connect the transmitted objects, has a simple structure, convenient disassembly and assembly, good alignment, and is suitable for high-speed, variable load, and impact situations.

The High Thrust Force Electric Cylinder allow for higher static and dynamic loads. Its function is to ensure that the load is dispersed on a larger number of contact points by replacing the ball with a threaded roller. According to the Hotz friction theory, we have obtained that the static load that a planetary roller screw electric cylinder can withstand is 3 times that of a ball screw, and its lifespan is 15 times that of a Ball Screw Electric Cylinder.
