Audited Supplier The D1VW is an NG06 (CETOP 03) installation profile directional valve that provides high flow switching performance with very small pressure drops. Soft-switching or ATEX and IECEX certified solenoids are available.
D1VW is a directional control valve with NG06 (CETOP 03 / NFPA D03) mounting specifications. Due to optimized channel design, it provides a flow capacity of up to 80 l/min with minimal pressure drop. Working pressure is 350 bar.
There are multiple spool options avaliable,allowing confiruration for various hydraulic circuits. D1VW valves offer a soft switching option for smooth transitions. An additional damping hole on the solenoid valve switching channel can extend the switching time.
The D1VW*EE is a series of D1VW valves with ATEX certification.This valve not only complies with ATEX certification (explosion-proof rating Ex e mb II T4 Gb for Zones 1 and 2) but is also compatible with IECEx standards (equipment category 2 G). All electromagnets conforming to certification standards feature DC coils. Valves designed for AC use come with rectifiers.
