This TIG welding type fully automatic steel strapping head connects the steel strapping band via TIG welding spots after tensioning process, and it won't damage the steel strapping, the sealless welded joint is strong and beautiful.
This TIG welding joint on steel strapping is super strong, the connection strength is up to 90% of the steel strapping itself.
The TIG welding is also known as Gas tungsten arc welding (GTAW) or tungsten inert gas (TIG) welding,it won't break or damage the steel strapping after connection.
This TIG welding type automatic steel strapping head is fully automatic, which means it frees the labors from harsh working environment and heavy loads, and improves the packing efficiency greatly.
The tensioning force by the automatic steel strapping head is much higher than what can be done by human labor, the strapped products are guaranteed with secure yet frequent transportation.
