1. Provide 6 degrees of freedom swing function;
2. By the ball screw's linear motion, push the platform moving(including pitching, rolling and yawing) , support position simulation, sine wave simulation, simulation for single degree freedom motion and multi-degree freedom motion;
3. Provide intermediate phase adjustment function for each degree of freedom;
4. The platform has complete controlling mechanism and matching motion platform controlling system; support Ethernet communication controlling inputtng function, provide the third party's controlling interface, support upper machine's inputting, can response to upper machine/other inputting device's motion controlling orders.

Platform Structure

Explanation of each component:
1. 6 dof upper platform: the upper platform realizes the swing simulation of 6 degrees of freedom, used for fixing and installing testing objects.
2. Servo electric cylinder: electric cylinder executing part, including extending and retraction and precisely positioning.
3. Servo motor: used for electric cylinder's extending and retraction, providing power output.
4. Power transmission box: used for servo motor and electric cylinder body's transmission mechanism, the electric cylinder uses synchronous wheel and synchronous belt to transmit.
5. Universal joints: Used for connect 6 DOF's upper and bottom platforms, finish swing action, rotation action and other corresponding actions.
6. 6 DOF bottom platform: used for bearing the total platform's weight and installation fixing.

A: Generally, we pack our goods in neutral white boxes and brown wooden cartons. If you have a legally registered patent, we can pack the goods in your branded boxes after getting your authorization letters.
