Linear Actuators comprise of an AC or DC motor, gearing and a lead or ball screw with driving nut. As the motor rotates, the screw also rotates forcing the nut along the shaft and whatever is being controlled by the actuator will move linearly.

1.Electric cylinder
Adopt metallurgical standard raw material to make the cylinder body-round type or squared type; C7 grade ball screw matches with servo motor achieving a high repeatable position accuracy up to ±0.02mm.
2.Motors
Servo motor/stepper motor/general motor are available with protection grade IP54/IP65/IP66. We offer a wide torque range from 0.16N.m to 700N.m to support a small to large force capacity.
3.Drives
Usually, the drive will match with configured motor. We provide a wide range of choices that support pulse/analog/serial communication protocols; RS232, RS485, CANopen, EtherCAT are available.
4.Limit switch/sensor
Position feedback is available. NPN/PNP limit switch for choosing.
5.Lifespan
Run over a distance of 100,000km.
6.Duty cycle
The duty cycle is ensured to be greater than 50% or continuous operation.
Q1. What are your terms of packing?
A: Generally, we pack our goods in neutral white boxes and brown wooden cartons. If you have a legally registered patent, we can pack the goods in your branded boxes after getting your authorization letters.
Q2. What are your terms of payment?
A: T/T 50% as deposit, and 50% before shipping. We'll show you the photos of the products and packages before you pay the balance.
Q3. What are your terms of delivery?
A: EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF.
Q4. How about your delivery time?
A: Generally, it will take 10-25 days to produce the products, and 5days by air, 25 days of the ship by sea. The specific delivery time depends on the items and the quantity of your order.
Q5: How is the warranty system?
A: 1~5 years. (upon the deal)
Q6. Can you produce according to the samples?
A: Yes, we can produce by your samples or technical drawings. We can build the molds and fixtures.
Q7. What is your sample policy?
A: We can supply the sample, but the customers have to pay the sample cost and the courier cost.

All linear actuators are packed by multiple layers, film-EPE foam-bubble film, then wrap by packaging tape, finally place in a suitable wooden case around protection foams.
